A traffic exchange is a site that offers you clicks to vue other web sites of the members of that exchange.  You become a member of the exchange and give them your FROG web site lead page link.  You will not see your link when you surf the traffic exchange, but others will.  All pages appear randomly to the other exchange members.  

As you surf and click away you will earn credits for each site that you view. These credits go towards your visitors page views, meaning they are subtracted from your total as your page is viewed.
